 In both cases, the proposals did not receive enough support, as the "Progressive Bulgaria" party abstained from voting.
 
  With 52 votes in favor, 24 votes against, and 154 abstentions, parliament rejected the decision to create a "Temporary Committee for Clarifying Facts and Circumstances Related to Significant Inconsistencies between Officially Declared Property Status, Declared Income, Significant Expenses, and the Actual Standard of Living of Delyan Slavchev Peevski."

 DB requested a vote recount, the results of which were almost the same - 48 votes in favor, 21 against, 159 abstentions. In the final vote, all members of CC, DB, and "Revival" party voted in favor. One of GERB-UDF and all of MRF voted against it. "Abstain" - the rest of GERB-UDF and all of "Progressive Bulgaria".

One GERB-UDF member voted "in favor," all members of MRF and "Revival," "against" - three members from DB, "abstained" - all members from PB, 31 from GERB-UDF, 18 from DB, and 15 from CC.

 The deputies also rejected the proposal by "Revival" for a hearing of the acting Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Nikolay Naidenov, the Chairman of the Management Board of the Road Infrastructure Agency Todor Anastasov, and the Director of the Smolyan Regional Road Administration Marin Kushev regarding the crisis situation caused by a landslide on the road between Pamporovo and Smolyan.
