Kalín Stoyanov
Today, in his typical style, the supreme divider of the nation, Rumen Radev, once again publicly attempted to sow confusion, hatred, and division in Bulgarian society.
I agree with the metaphor of "building a wall", but it should definitely be directed at Radev himself. It's high time to limit the possibility of this self-absorbed man to interfere in any way in the activities of the executive branch.
Radev, who "produces" parties by the kilogram and even assists some of them in sneaking into the National Assembly, talks about "cronies" in politics. Let's not forget that he is the "godfather" of the "We Continue the Change" party, which he himself later called "charlatans" when he found out they had lied to him.
He created this formation, whose bitter fruits we still pick as a result of their incompetent management. And no matter how much he tries to distance himself from them, it cannot happen, because their slogan still reads: "We're with you, Mr. President".
Radev speaks about "carrots and sticks", skillfully surrounding himself with subservient individuals, to whom he rarely throws a "carrot" from those who drag a part of his administration, even using his "court" taxi company NSP.
The man who single-handedly and through his political "births" ruled the country for 4-5 years talks about "boots in the state apparatus", confidently appointing his own people to all ministries, agencies, boards of directors, services, etc. And even today, there remain personnel appointed by Radev in various positions in the state administration.
The latter refuses to accept the fact that the country is currently being governed by a regular government, not a cabinet appointed and controlled by him. It is clear that the stabilization of Bulgaria and the efforts of the government to solve the problems of the people visibly irritate Radev, who feels most comfortable when there is uncertainty, chaos, anarchy, and corruption, from which he draws his strength.
As for the NSP, I am still awaiting answers to the questions that I officially posed to Radev regarding the events of August 10, 2025 in Varna: the unjustifiably large presidential motorcade that blocked the entire city. In addition, society expects an explanation for the family gift of President Radev's wife - a BMW 750e hybrid car, purchased with state funds.
