I will not hide that I find the nomination of Andrey Tsekov for Chairman of the National Assembly ridiculous. Not because even his colleagues in the coalition are not particularly happy with it. But because I can provide solid arguments against it. Tsekov was a very weak Deputy Minister of Finance. And even weaker Regional Minister.
According to official information from his successor in the MRBP, he has put administrative traps that hinder the start of the free insulation for people.
Furthermore, it is rumored that close to him and his spouse, external consultants have manipulated the ranking - one can only guess how and why, it is hardly "because of her blue eyes."
The change came four years ago, spreading the flag of populism and lies about "Hemus", condemning the in-house contracts. As Minister Tsekov not only did not terminate them, but also indexed the same in-house companies and now "Hemus" is being built on them. But significantly more expensive. Whose interest is this - certainly not that of the citizens.
Because of Tsekov's politicking, first in the Ministry of Finance, then in the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, and also in the commissions he leads, the budget will now pay hundreds of millions only in interest on convictions for untimely payments and recognized activities under contracts of the State Agency for Public Works. But didn't the change label them as illegal?! Yes, but the independent Bulgarian court decided differently. In fact, on three occasions.
And to top it all off, a three-member panel of the Supreme Administrative Court, with its recent decision, practically annulled the indexation of construction contracts - how does "the father of the indexation method" Tsekov, who has already been proven to applaud his work, feel about this?
This is the whole philosophy of the Change - ala bala, moon-moon, etc.
How is such a person expected to be a unifying figure for the highest position in a parliamentary republic? Especially when he and his colleagues in the group cannot come together?!
P.S. I am very curious about how Yordan Ivanov from DB voted, who recently on the air of BTV (on September 25th with the respected Tsvetanka Rizova) was outraged by the principled distribution of hundreds of millions for indexation under contracts, waving sheets and documents? Nothing, that they both saved the name of the same Cekov. Out of respect and gratitude for what he did, I presume.
There is more, and more, and more... But let's not all be revealed at once.
