The government is expected to file an appeal in the Constitutional Court for the decision of the parliament to oblige the interim government to submit a request for the ratification of the country's participation in Donald Trump's Peace Council.
Interim Prime Minister Andrey Gurov stated last week that there is a track record of the Constitutional Court that shows that the decision of the National Assembly is not in line with the provisions of the Constitution.
The agreement on Bulgaria's accession to the Peace Council was signed by the government of Rosen Zhelyazkov.
