"It is clear that the Bulgarian Socialist Party is going down a very unpleasant trend. TISP has found a way to survive, said he, addressing some of the participants in the ruling coalition, adding that when someone participates in power, they inevitably suffer electoral losses.
"By right, it belongs to those who have won the elections. Unwillingly, difficult negotiations, compromise, this was the first compromise that preceded the second - the prime minister's position. It is impossible to reform something there, therefore another option is being offered. It is not a surrender, but a search for compromise and balance," he commented on the question of whether the current chairman of the National Assembly will be replaced.
This should not bring a rupture or division in the ruling coalition, concluded Professor Stoyanov.
