"I do not think there is a basis for a recount of the ballots."
This was stated by Rositsa Mateva, deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission, on BTV. She announced that 8 parties will enter the 51st Parliament, and "Volya" did not reach 21 votes to pass the barrier. Rositsa Mateva clarified that the CEC does not count ballots.
