 The main point of any plan is when a person can fulfill it themselves. Zelensky explained what others should do to achieve it, writes former Czech President Vaclav Klaus in the Lidovky edition. This is not a plan, but a list of selfish desires and demands that could lead to a Third World War, says Klaus, known for his conservative beliefs.

 I learned about Zelensky's "victory plan", or rather his anti-plan, from an SMS from an old friend, a former famous basketball player. He wrote: "Zelensky is trying to provoke a conflict between NATO and Russia with his victory plan!" EchoPrime published the news about this plan with the words: "The main point is an immediate invitation to NATO." The media also reported that Zelensky added: Ukraine should join the alliance "immediately". You have to wonder if this is a dream or reality. Is he serious?

 Zelenskiy did not hear or did not take seriously the official statement by former NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg that Ukraine can join NATO "only after the end of the armed conflict with Russia." All reasonable people want a quick end to this tragic, bloody and destructive conflict. But many fear that it will escalate from a regional conflict to a Third World War. Any plan is recommendable only if it eliminates this possibility.
Zelenskiy's plan means exactly the opposite.

 The second point of his proposal is to move the war to Russian territory. Of course, this requires permission to fire Western weapons at targets deep inside Russia. But can this prevent the current conflict from turning into a world war? Even a child wouldn't believe that.

 The third point of the plan is the placement of "deterrent measures" on the territory of Ukraine. In other words, we are once again talking about the use of force, not negotiations. Unfortunately, this point has a "secret application" and we do not know what kind of military "measures" are implied. If not nuclear, then perhaps chemical or biological? Or something completely different?

 It makes no sense to talk about the fourth point, in which Ukraine offers the EU and the USA a "strategic agreement" for the extraction of rare natural resources. It makes no sense to discuss the fifth point, in which Ukraine proposes to "replace some American contingents in Europe with Ukrainian forces" after the conflict.

 These are simply fantasies. If someone proposes a specific plan, it only makes sense if that person can actually carry it out. Zelenski's plan tells others what they must do in order for him to fulfill his plan. This is not a plan, but a list of selfish desires and demands. I can imagine how angry Kiev must have been from Moscow's first comment.

 The Kremlin stated that "Kiev must sober up." But I think not everyone who is "sober" is capable of distinguishing between a desire and a realistic plan. There is a good expression for this case: "to present the desired as reality." There is only one thing that Volodymyr Zelenski is right about: from the very beginning, the war has been between the West, primarily the United States, and Russia, and by accepting Zelenski's plan, the West must acknowledge this.

 It seems that Zelenski is gradually realizing the tragedy that this useless conflict has become for his country and the Ukrainian people. He has nothing else left but to hope for the impossible.
